I wanted to let you both know how pleased I am with my replacement blind and how much I appreciate your help. When I learned that replacing the blind was the recommended fix for the broken cord, my heart sank. Having purchased the blind in 2005, I figured I'd have to pay for the replacement. I was also concerned about whether the new blind would match my existing ones. Since the replacement blind would be side-by-side with other windows having the original blinds, matching was definitely an issue. I needn't have worried on either count. I didn't spend a cent, the new blind matches perfectly...and a technician came to my house to install it. Again, thank you both for working with me to achieve this result. When I need new window treatments, Budget Blinds will be at the top of my list.
