It's something very difficult to find these days, however this business is both well-knowledgeable and fully-honest. The prices are very fair too. They even told me about the things that will or may need maintenance in the future and helped me to understand around how many more miles, or the like, I can safely go without performing this maintenance. I feel like I owe it to Buddha's Garage to write a review. David, aka, ""Buddha"" is a family friend and my car was the first on the lift (and the one seen in the picture). When I made the disastrous move that caused a lot of damage to my car, we didn't consider taking it anywhere else but here. I knew I could count on David to fix my car properly without trying to squeeze extra money out of me, or the insurance in this case. Speaking of, the insurance adjusters were a huge pain in the butt and I'm thankful that David was patient enough to deal with them. They ended up causing him a lot of extra time and work but he stuck through to the end. Whether you need something simple like an oil change or brake job or some major repairs take it to Buddha's Garage. This family owned business is honest and dependable with down to earth values. I was referred to Buddha's Garage from two good friends who I know would never steer me wrong. I was just needing some front end brakes done and my yoya(toyota) was having a shaky issue that I really needed to get taken care of- not part of the major toyota recall stuff, this baby has 230,000 glorious miles on it. Being a single mother on a budget, I really feared taking it to a franchise place to just have some cocky older beer belly guy talk down to me for being a girl that doesn't get scheduled maintenance done right at the time it should be done and then ask me to fork over 400-600 of my hard earned dollars and pressure me to also get 2 or 3 other things done, and leave my car for a day or so. NONE OF THIS HAPPENED AT BUDDHA'S GARAGE!!!!!!!!! It was like I was an actual human being!!! Pros: honesty and great work at a great price Cons: none really more

I took my lexus IS 300 to Buddha's for a much needed full tune up, and man was it a full tune up indeed that he did. For all the extra things that he included in this tune up, it would have cost me a couple thousand or so at a lexus dealership or any where else for that matter. And who can afford that in these hard economic times. He mentioned that he used all requried quality parts for my lexus which really gave me peace of mind. Out of all the other places i called Buddha's was the fairest price out there, and all these other places didn't even include the extras, like the new brakes that i needed, full synthetic oil change, unexpected crankshaft pulley issue, etc.. Being a girl and all, im a little air headed when it comes to someone explaining issues and concerns about my car, that it may need this and may need that. However, Buddha's was extremely elaborate in explaning things to me so i could understand, and didnt BS me like some other places like to do. He only told me about the things that my car really needed. I highley recommend this garage and will to anyone who will ask where i take my car to get serviced. When my car broke I had called around to a few places, Buddha's was the lowest price quoted. I had read a generally positive review about them on citysearch, so I thought that I would give them a spin. Normally, when you hear a low price quoted, you can probably assume that when it comes time to checkout, youre going to be paying a lot more. I have taken my car to Buddha for the last few years, and have had nothing but helpful advice and he actually fixes the car - unlike many garages that will charge you for looking at it, then for not really fixing it, etc...BUDDHA does what he says he will, and only says what will best benefit the customer, not himself.
