Bud Anderson continues to provide excellent service to my HVAC system. Marshall D,, HVAC Technician, was very professional. He used covers on his shoes to ensure that my home stayed clean. He found a couple of concerns. After searching the database, neither were covered under warranty, but one issued involved a rather expensive light which removed/killed certain bacteria/viruses which might get in the duct work. He discovered that the ballast may be been the cause of the light failure and said they would replace ballast and bulb at no charge. How great is that? He could have told me anything and I would have believe him, but to me his actions proved he was honest and trustworthy. I will continue to do business with Bud Anderson.
