I am a gold member with Bud Anderson that has never been unsatisfied with any aspect of my dealings with their company. Whether it was with the service tech themselves, the office staff for billing/scheduling or the salesmen that have come to my house to offer new products; their company has always maintained a very high standard of customer service and quality of work. There were times when the repair service went longer than expected. However, during those times, they staid late and the I never got the sense that they rushed or did not complete the job 100%.
