Doug, Oswald and John were great in producing their service. Oswald was right on with my repair needs. Overall, the atmosphere was nice and inviting and the waiting are out front was awesome. Excellent experience. more

Thank you! Doug took great care of me- fit me in earlier than my appt. and had an "extra" problem on my car fixed! It had been bugging me for months- and he is having it fixed right now!! These guys are great! more

Straight up the best service I have received for my vehicle. Oil change was done quick. They inspected the vehicle and came back with a report of everything my car needed. I got some things done and I am coming back for the rest. more

Oil change 5/23/2012

In fairness, I should point out that they didn't charge for removing a nail from my tire (it didn't penetrate, so there wasn't a flat to fix), and were generally cheerful most of the time. I've seen more lavish waiting rooms (some with deep, wide armchairs, others with Keurig K-cup coffee machines), but this is a standard decent oil-change experience (coupon price $17.96, after fees and taxes $22.51) and I believe I might return. I might even try harder to be sweet about declining add-on services. more

The guys at Goodyear were very informative. They taught and told me exactly what was wrong with my car even if I wasn't buying. They went over and beyond my expectations even though I read ""bad"" reviews from 2005. more

Honest and genuine shop! 7/26/2011

I've been going to Goodyear of Buckhead for a few years, and even though my confidence in them has been steadily growing, my most recent visit sealed it for me. My most notable experience happened a couple of months ago. My AC wasn't cooling. I took it into Goodyear of Buckhead and left it there. About a half an hour later, they called me up and told me that the knobs weren't set the right way to cool. Even though it was kind of embarrassing, it showed me that they are honest and they have their customers best interests at heart. Like I said, my confidence had been growing since I first started going there, but this really sent it through the roof! I won't go anywhere else! William Dyer more
