I've been going to Goodyear of Buckhead for a few years, and even though my confidence in them has been steadily growing, my most recent visit sealed it for me.
My most notable experience happened a couple of months ago. My AC wasn't cooling. I took it into Goodyear of Buckhead and left it there. About a half an hour later, they called me up and told me that the knobs weren't set the right way to cool. Even though it was kind of embarrassing, it showed me that they are honest and they have their customers best interests at heart. Like I said, my confidence had been growing since I first started going there, but this really sent it through the roof! I won't go anywhere else!
