Two hours late, paying for 4 men while one sat in the truck sick, one stood downstairs, and the other two worked their tails off, it was bad through and through. The ""team leader"" tried to negotiate the insurance so that I could make the decision at the end and if nothing was broken I could give the insurance money as tips to the workers instead of buying the insurance. It was bad through and through. Top it off...management didn't care. I called to tell them about my experience, got to someone who was going to call me back, and I never heard anything again. Several phone calls went unreturned. It was BAD and I will NEVER consider them again and have suggested that all my friends do the same...call someone else...ANYONE else.
Pros: Quotes were easy to get
Cons: Service, unethical business practices of employees, tardiness of arrival, change of fees at the end that required follow-up to resolve
