I went to Deana here at Bubble's in the Owings Mills Mall and was very impressed. I was new to town and wanted a simple haircut that wouldn't cost an arm and a leg. So I went in and Deana was so friendly and listened to what I wanted. She gave me an amazing haircut, spent about 90 minutes on my hair and then it was only $30!!! I was so excited that I have been back 4 times, including having them do my highlights for my wedding.
