Nick and Bill were courteous and professional. They explained the system well. They completed the work in a timely fashion. They left the work areas clean.

Furnace tune up 10/7/2016

Mike W did my furnace check. He was conscientious, early, polite, and just a great asset to Bryant. He gave me some valuable pointers and best of all, I didn't have to go downstairs and turn off the lights after him. more

Bryant HVAC Review 10/6/2016

Mike W was my technician for an annual tuneup for my furnace. Mike was early and called before he came. He was courteous and extremely efficient. Gave me some pointers for helping my furnace to perform efficiently. Would have him again given the need. Price was better than most HVAC companies. more

Air Conditioner issue is all fixed! 9/26/2016

One warm end of summer day, our air conditioner died and so I called Bryant after seeing their add in a local magazine. Mike W. was sent to our house that evening and was able to get us back up & running! He was efficient in evaluating the problem, fixing it and getting our home cooling again in no time. more

Service call 9/20/2016

Joel was very prompt n arriving at our house after our heat pump quit working on Sept. 19. He showed us price/warranty options to choose from. He didn't pressure us into our decision. Very courteous and professional more

A/C Repair - coolant replacement 8/9/2016

Called Bryant Heating and Cooling on Monday and the service technician was here the next morning around 9:30. By 10:15 Adam was able to make the necessary repair and gave professional advice as to why the A/C coolant was leaking from my unit and what might be needed down the load. He was not trying to over sell me and gave me options as to what I could do. Overall my experience with Bryant Heating and Cooling was excellent and would recommend them to anyone. more

Adding new breaker box tou our heating system 8/8/2016

Hello I am Roy Jones of Humock Ct and writing to let someone know how technician Mike W was to our family. He came out a second time to remove and add a new breaker box to our cooling system and was so pleasant and did it so fast I was amazed. I waited a day or to to make sure our system was still running ok to write this review. All in all I just want to say thanks for this tech's ability to do wonderful work and was such a customer focused person to make sure we were happy. Thanks again. Rating a 5 star Roy Jones more

Repair of breaker box and heating cooling system 8/3/2016

Mike was very customer focused. He went above and beyond to get our system to work until a new breaker could be replaced. He informed my husband and I of every detail of work hew was doing and, he explained that we need a new breaker block on the heating system . Was very pleasant through the whole process. Sales 6/22/2016

Never do reviews however, had to say how happy I was with Chris. So much so, I cancelled 2 other estimates. Bryant was 1st. Chris explained everything, he answered questions honestly (because I already knew the answers) and he was Authentic!! Don't know how long he has worked for you but you should give him a big fat raise. I know I would if he worked for me. I, for one, miss Good Customer Service and not just a sales pitch. Glad I chose Bryant. Thank you, Bryant and Thank you,Chris. more
