I had an air-conditioning emergency the day before I left out of the country and called for an appointment on the 24 hr phone line. The customer service personnel was professional and very sympathetic. Although I was not a prior customer, she was able to get a time for me before I had to leave. Scott came to evaluate my system and was not only professional, but very helpful and gave me detailed information on my issue. Scott was a lifesaver! He was able to restore my air-conditioning temporarily so I was able to keep my plans and feel confident my home would be cooled when I was gone. Scott is so knowledgeable and made me feel like I was in very good hands. I can't express how much I appreciated the prompt service and friendly faces. So professional but kind as well. Upon returning to the States, I had a new central air installed. And the team was just as professional and efficient as Scott. Caleb was the lead installer and WOW. He was very prompt and got right to work. He explained everything and left my yard and house as tidy as a pin! Its been working fabulous and my home is cool and comfortable. The team that arrive out today, George, Edis, Calob and Destin were very friendly and professional. They arrived on time and began to get to work right away. It seemed like no time for them to get our new furnace and A/C installed. They took time to go over how to use our new thermostat and made sure each of our vents had air flowing out of them, which our old system did not. Also I can not forget Chris who provided the estimate. Chris did not make us feel pressured and provided us an honest quote. The process could not have been smoother. more

Had a small issue with a loose wire which was fixed quickly and very reasonable price. Mike called prior to coming, and was definitely within the window of service. He also asked if we had further questions, and assisted on suggestions about vents, returns, and insulation. more

When service time came around this year for a our air conditioner check up, I had recently received a ad in the mail for Bryant Heating and Cooling. The price was considerably less ($64.99) than we normally pay so we decided to give them a try. Mike W. was our service rep his professionalism, politeness and knowledge about his work were evident from the start. He took the time to answer our questions and explain any work or recommendations in detail. We are also in need of purchasing a new air conditioner as this one has lasted 20 years and based on how Mike worked with us have decided to purchase from them. They install quickly (purchased on Tuesday, install on Friday for us). We so appreciate this kind of experience from a service company — Thank you Mike W. He called beforehand to verify the appointment then arrived on time. He used shoe covers before entering my house and was polite while staying friendly. I had a service call of no heat during cold spell. I called service and got a great response as soon as possible. Scott came out quick and got the furnace running, but advise me the furnace needed to be replaced. Thank goodness for this employee. My wife and myself are elderly and I am a disabled Veteran so it meant a lot He made arrangements as soon as possible for us. Next Mike and his helper came out and really both worked hard and long in the cold. They did a Great job taking care of us one Giant pat on the back for all three. Scott called to check with me. Just want to say that I had Mike Weber out to do a check on my air conditioner and furnace and did an awesome job. He is a super nice guy and very knowledgeable. Tim was with him as well and was very courteous as well. I was very impressed with the service and it was very affordable. more

Phoned us ahead of arrival and arrived ahead of schedule - thumbs up - to investigate our a/c not cooling and diagnosed the problem at a very reasonable $ rate, especially as it was a Sunday afternoon. Armed with his diagnosis, we were able to send the information to our warranty company for approval. Look forward to him conducting repairs when approved by our warranty company. more

Mike W. Came to our home to perform a check up on our A/C unit. He was very professional, and courteous. He was thorough, and pointed out what he was checking, and any issues that he saw. When the time comes for us to replace our unit, we will look to Bryants to take care of us. more

Scott came to my home on May 30th 2017 due to our air conditioning not working. In years past we had gone with another company which failed to meet our satisfaction as of recently. I received a postcard for your company in the mail and thought I would give you a try, which was a great decision on my part. After accessing the problem he explained three different options I could go with in order to remedy the problem. I chose to go with a credit application to have a new unit installed, because after Scott's explanation and expert opinion, I felt this was my best option. Even though I informed him that I may not qualify for the credit he was very understanding, and non judgemental in continuing the application. Unfortunately the answer was no for the application. Scott sat then thinking and guiding me to other avenues, such as a co signor, or having my husband apply with me as well. Although those options would not work for me Scott did everything he could to help my family have a comfortable and cool summer. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and sincere during this visit. I would definitely tell my friends and family about your company. Thank you! more
