We had the misfortune of losing our map at one of the stops so we called the main number to tell us where the closest stop to where we were. We were given vague instructions so we called again for details, We were given an intersection. After the first trolley passed us, we called again. They confirmed we were on the correct side, but we were passed over and over till finally we ran out into the street and made the trolly stop while the guy is on the phone with ME telling me we aren't following directions. The problem was we were given WRONG directions.
We made it back to the original stop and showed them that they were giving us wrong instructions and all they could say was that everyone makes mistakes. There was no apology for their error or for them getting nasty with us.
