Great office great service! The staff at the 40/42 office is top-notch. I feel very taken care of and I HATE going to the dentist. This is the first dentist's office that I don't feel nervous before my appointment. The office is so clean, the hygientists, doctors and assitants are all wonderful. I've been pleased with all of the work done and I'm a patient for life! more

Each time I have an appointment at Dr. Riccobene's office, my experiences are nothing but the best! The front desk staff always greet me with a smile. I always get called back on time. The assistants and hygienists are amazing; very friendly and knowledgeable about procedures and treatment needs. If you have a fear of going to the dentist due to a bad childhood experiences (like I did) , Riccobene's office is the best! I neglected going to the dentist for a very long time and ended up getting a really bad toothache.I called the Garner office on Saturday, and was given an appointment the same day. It turned out I had a very bad cavity that was borderline root canal. The doctor gave me all of my treatment options. I was not pushed into doing the more expensive treatment. I decided to try saving my tooth with a filling. I was warned that the decay was very close to the nerve. Well not only did the doctor calm MY nerves, he was also able to fix my tooth without having to go into the nerve! The best part is I barely felt the shot! AND NO root canal! I am so happy with the treatment and the service I received that I will continue to go Riccobenes office! Great doctors and great staff- everyone is so friendly!\r \r more

Best dentist and staff ever. I would recommend this dentist to anyone, regardless of their scary teeth experiences. Dr. McNeely took great care of me. The staff is super friendly and caring, and the treatment I receive is excellent. They get me in for my appointment on-time, every time, which I value, and are finished in a timely manner. I appreciate the kind care I receive during my treatments and look forward to going to the dentist for my twice yearly appointments. more

My family and I have gone to Riccobene Associates for years. My kids were very afraid of dentists until we've started to come here. They are gentle and very good. My wife is very happy because they fixed alot of bad work done by other dentists. My teeth are looking better than ever and I am hoping to get my braces off soon. They are amazing! We have been seen by Dr. Riccobene and several of the other doctors with no complaints. I would recommend making an appointment at any of his office's. more

Riccobene Family Dentistry is the best dental office. my entire family goes there, even my little one. they have TV's in every office to help distract. All the staff is wonderful, i dont know where they find such friendly people. Never had a bad experience. more

We are so please to have Dr Riccobene as our family dentist. Not only do me and my wife go to their office, but my in-laws as well. They have early and late appointments, the office is clean with up to date equipment and the office staff is WONDERFUL. The hygienist that I see is fabulous and very friendly. They always make me and my family feel welcome and comfortable. My 2 year old daughter went with me to my last check-up and they were so gentle with her. I was very pleased. more

The best dentist I've ever been too - early appointments, late appointments - if I have an emergency, they fit me in. The staff is WONDERFUL, the office is clean, pretty and well maintained. They really go out of the way to make me feel comfortable.They work patiently, carefully yet very precise and thorough. Highly recommend for the whole family. Too bad all doctor's arent like this..would highly and definitely recommend Riccobene Associates office! more

As someone who is terrified of the dentist, I'm a hard judge. I was seen by Dr. Riccobene himself, and I've never felt more at ease and comfortable in the dental chair. You couldn't even feel his shots, he was incredibly friendly and comforting. Everyone in the office, from receptionist to hygienist were just as kind and friendly! I would recommend this office anyone!! Pros: friendly, professional, overall great! Cons: Nothing! more

Riccobene Associates is awesome!! I went about a week ago to the Mcgees office for a routine check up, I have never felt more at ease. The entire staff, from receptionist to the Dentist made me feel as if I was their most important concern. In todays fast paced world it is very hard to find people who truly care, and these girls rate an A+. I wasn't hurt while sitting in the chair, and more importantly, as a man who has no dental insurance, I wasn't hurt while paying the bill either. If you have a need for a great dentist give Riccobene Associates a try, I am sure you will be completely satisfied more

I am a new patient and just recently had my teeth cleaned after not being to the dentist for over a year. I went in to the appointment thinking they were going to try to ""sell"" me something since I hadn't been to see a dentist in so long, but they didn't. \r \r The staff was great! I usually don't post reviews but i stumbled upon a review for Riccobene that couldn't be further from the truth! My experience with Riccobene & Associates has been nothing but positive! They have actually talked me out of cosmetic procedures that I thought I wanted, but didn't know if I needed. For someone to say he is trying to charge for procedures that aren't needed is very strange to me based on this. IF they were in the business of up-selling they wouldn't have recommended I try Crest White strips before spending what ended up being unnecessary money on Zoom Whitening! I love these guys and would recommend anyone to go see any of their offices. Pros: Warm trusting atmosphere, beautiful office, great staff more

As much as I hate going to the dentist, the friendly faces at Riccobene Associates make it that much easier! Great front desk staff and fabulous hygenists! I have to agree with some of the other reviews. I went there because it was local. When you walk in you notice that the lobby is extravagant. How much money did they spend on this??? Nice to look at, but guess what - it's a dentist office. I don't care about the lobby. A clean space, couple of chairs, magazines, that's all you need. The hygienists are super friendly and nice. Then when Riccobene came in to check my mouth - nice guy. No problem, but what I did have a problem with was the fact that he put a ""watch"" on three potential cavities. Then said that if I wanted, they could go ahead and fill them before they get too bad. They told my husband the same thing! So now, two years later, I go to a new dentist - mouth is fine - no cavities in sight. Beware!!! They need to find some way to pay for that office!! Cons: recommend unnecessary procedures more

As a mom to 6 year olds, I can honestly say, I have had the Most Wonderful Experience with Dr. Riccobene at 3 of his office locations. Having had bad experiences in the past with my older son and other dentists, I was dreading the day that I had start over again. I was speaking with a co-worker about it and how I was putting it off b/c 1 bad dental experience can HARM a person's SMILE forever. She recommended Dr. Riccobene to me so I called and made appointments. I had to have 2 appointments at the same time and I was able to take them in within 2 weeks for our first appointment. Our first vist was Awesome, the staff was very friendly and the Hygienists were so Great with them that they actually enjoyed the visit. I was taking pictures that day, which would be Great Advertisement for this office (my boys were in the Dentist chairs SMILING). When we got ready to leave, they picked out a PRIZE and I was told that 1 of them had to have a filling. \r \r Well, we have been back for the filling and the kid did BETTER than I could have. The Dentist talked him through the entire process (explaining as he went, an animated version no doubt). They made it so much fun for my son that he told me that it did not hurt at all. During the procedure, I was allowed to stand in the hall so he could'nt see me but I could keep an eye on him if I was needed. \r \r The Best Part of any Adventure is knowing that its affordable and I have found that Dr. Riccobene is very fair in pricing and his rates are Great! I do have Dental Insurance and he is a Preferred Provider and the co-pays are based on a % of the cost of the procedure so I ask my % up front so I can plan for it appropriately. \r \r I have also visited 2 of the other offices for myself and the staff there are very personable and caring people with GREAT SMILES.\r \r If you want a Great Dentist for yourself or anyone in your Family - Call Dr. Riccobene and Associates in any of their locations and you will be Glad you called. Do not ever trust these clowns! After my family and I had gone to these people for a routine check-up (2 Adults 2 Kids) my family needed a total of 5 cavities filled. We scheduled 4 seperate visits to have all five filled over the next 2 months. After each visit we paid our $10 co-pay (this was what insurance and Riccobene quoted us). Nothing was ever mentioned about any additonal amouts. A month after ALL 4 visits and 5 copays, Riccobene stated that they used an upgraded flling and we now owed them an additonal $250. When we refused to pay they turned us over to a collection agency!! NEVER GO HERE OR ANY OF THEIR OFFICES! more
