I had not been to a dentist in years before I needed to go. They treated me well and did a great job making my appointments efficient and pain free. The doctor has done a great job as my general dentist and has always made me feel comfortable. Their staff is friendly and well coordinated and efficient I can't say enough about the quality of care I have received. more

This place was fantastic! 7/19/2011

This place was fantastic!! I walked in on a sunday after only calling an hour earlier... I had a wisdom tooth that was extremly bothering me; had the tooth pulled in the next 25 minutes... I didn't feel a thing... I was in a litttle Paine but nothing unbearable and was well enough to be back at work the next day ;) the rest if the staff was so comforting I felt like they truly cared more

PATIENTS BEWARE 6/28/2011

I had the worse experience with this practice. I made my appointment to have a crown re-cemented and they did not do it. I've contacted the practice several times for a $190.00 refund and they would not pay. This practice is all about ""finding something"" so they can bill out. I have filed a complaint with BBB. more

I love the place 6/27/2011

I think they do excellent work there. I needed to see a periodontist because of issues I had with my gums. The doctor did an outstanding job getting my gums back health. I would recommend anyone that wants go dental work to try them. I love the place . more

Their place is very clean and updated. My dentist is always very sweet and doesn't make me feel like I dont take care of my teeth. I like that they explain everything to me so I know whats going on with my teeth, they don't just talk around me like a lot of doctors and dentists do. more

Dr. Riccobene has taken care of my and my children's dental needs for years. He is the kind of dentist you search for years and know is out there somewhere. He cares and it shows in his work and the time he's willing to spend with you to achieve the best possible results. I would not consider going anywhere else. A really great man 4/10/2011

Great place, puts you at ease right away. Super friendly and supportive staff. He uses some interesting techniques so I fully understood what he was planning on doing. Very helpful with insurance questions and flexable with sheduling. more

Quick, Clean, Informative, a gentle dentist listened The cleaning I had was very good. Dr McNeely listened to the fact that I had sensitive teeth and applied a topical making the experience bearable. Most other dentists I have had have never done this (leaving me to writhe in nerve ending nirvana). He was quick, but gentle. Assistant sprayed warm water in the mouth while he was cleaning which helps. Cleaned some bondings I had no fuss. We talked afterward, answered all my questions and I was on with my day. 1st visit = return customer. I have had a number of dentists in my life all over US, this was my best experience so far. more

Good Dentist 3/30/2011

Wow- this is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. I am beyond impressed with all of the people in the office. They are all so nice, caring and professional. I have had dentist horror stories and really have been afraid since then but my last 3 times in this office make the dentist visit enjoyable! more

As a difficult dental patient, I really appreciate the sensitivity and care of the staff at Riccobene Associates Family Dentristy. It's comfortable when you are in the chair of a dentist that really is much better than the rest. The amazing technology makes the trip to the dentist interesting and unique. Dr. Riccobene is the best dentist in NC. Seriously. He's funny, personable, the entire staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. My appointments there are quick, easy, and painless and overall it's a great experience even though I was afraid of dentists before. I consider myself pretty lucky to have found this great dentist to take care of my teeth. Highly recommended. more

Dr Riccobene is simply a wonderful human being, truly magnificent. If you're like me, your number 1 wish at a dentist's office is to be informed. You want to know what is going on in your mouth, how it got that way, what needs to be done, what is being done right now, and so on. So many dentists make it all too clear that keeping you informed bores them to tears. Not Dr Riccobene! He has a perfect sense of when you're wondering something and when to keep you in the loop. Dr Riccobene is so friendly, kind, empathetic, and absolutely genuine, and his skills in working on teeth are excellent. I recommend him to anyone without hesitation. more

My Search for a Dentist is over 2/28/2011

It can be difficult to find a staff that is a good fit for my hyperactive children but I am done looking after my a few visits to Riccobene. Everyone from the receptionist to the hygienist was very friendly and made the experience as painless as possible. Normally keeping the little ones in the chair is a nightmare. They were even able to take us a few moments early, minimizing our time in the waiting room and getting us on our way earlier than expected. I had chosen a dentist for myself by proximity to my work but after seeing the professionalism that this office brought to the table, I am strongly reconsidering switching myself. more

Great Dental Office 2/27/2011

I have been a patient at Dr. Riccobene's office for 3 years. This is the best dental office that I've ever been to. It is a beautiful office and all of the staff is very friendly and helpful. I have had nothing but good experiences at this office. My husband, who is terrified of the dentist, had sedation dentistry done there last year and did great. He was very impressed with the doctor and assistant that treated him. He now goes regularly for cleanings and no longer needs to be sedated for any of his dental work.
