Brunson is a wonderful company to do business with. The tech that came to my home wore shoe covers and was so polite. The tech explained my system problems to me in ways that i could understand and before any repair the price and warranty was explained to me. I praise Brunson for having a tech with such great customer relaions skills. I will always ask for the ""top tech"" .I guess that is what his title is. He i the best so ask for him!!!!!!! Pros: Great service, wonderful technical experence Cons: cant always get the same tech more

terrible company 4/29/2009

I have a heat pump in my home. I called Brunson to come out and take a look at it because it wasnt running right. They said they would be their that day and never showed up. I called them the following day and they told me that the tech had to work late and couldnt get to me so they rescheduled it for the next day, but no one ever called me to let me know. When the tech showed up, he was very unprofessional looking (shirt not tucked in, unclean uniform, unshaven and dirty smelling). When he came into my house, he tracked mud on the carpet. He ended up talking on his cell for about 20 minutes before I asked him to leave. NEVER AGAIN WILL I CALL BRUNSON. Cons: where to begin more

Great company1 3/6/2009

I have their service plan...they come out twice a year and winterize/summerize my units and I get discounts if something breaks. I had a transformer go out, they repaired it but it went out again....turns out we had a problem with our low voltage wiring. They came out twice and replaced the transformer then they replaced the wiring at no extra cost. Great company! more

Unsure about this company for now 12/21/2008

I called this company because they are right down the street. My heater was not working and I have one of those electric pilot lights. A guy came the next business day and said the ignitor on the pilot light was bad and another plate in the main unit was bad. He said he would be back the next day to fix it. He did come back late the following afternoon and changed both parts. Well the temp changed to the cold last night, which was Sunday. We went to turn on the heat and guess what, the pilot light would not light up. We will see what kind of company it is this morning when I see what kind of prompt service I get for them to actually come out and fix it. Pros: did come when said Cons: heater is not fixed more
