This is not one of those Atlantic Avenue bistros in Delray with over -priced-nothing-special food. At Brule, you will be treated to chef's dishes featuring local and fresh ingredients and the sort of menu you don't see anywhere else. I had the vichyoisse as a starter and knew I was in the right place the minute I took my first bite. The Chilean Sea Bass on a local corn rissoto is my favorite------imagine having a chef know exactly how fish should be cooked! It is tender and perfectly prepared.\r

The prices are extremely reasonable, considering you're eating some of the best food you've had in a long time--at least since the last time you were in New York or Paris.\r

The atmosphere is charming....you are sitting in a lovely market place atmosphere, with amazing wines lining beautiful shelves----and since one of the owners is a wine expert, you can pick up a bottle on your way home.\r

I was obviously really impressed with Brule. This is a restaurant that knows what it's doing. The wait staff is wonderful and chic, and beyond the atmosphere and service--you are getting a meal you won't soon forget.\r

Great take out food as well from the counter. And the desserts are to die for, too.\r

Ate here two nights in a row...and would be going back to tonight...except they are closed on Sundays.....
