Overall great service. I was expecting the price to be a little more reasonable, as me and my fiancé thought we were overcharged to just have a light fixture hung in the kitchen. $245 we paid it, but will probably shop around next time because they charge $69 to just come out which is then added to the cost.

We don't claim to be cheap-charlies in any way. Our services are not the cheapest, but they are also not the most expensive. We tend to hover right in the middle of the service fee pricing. I reviewed your job and invoice and it shows you paid $225 for the service provided, which is about average for that work. We also apologize for any confusion on the part of the dispatch, but you actually were not charged the $69 dispatch. Since you authorized our tech to perform the service that day, the dispatch fee was waived. I hope that in reviewing your invoice, you see that. We also apologize that we were past our scheduled service window time. We sometimes run into problems on a job (especially in this industry) and sometimes the customer adds work while we are in the home. We will not leave until a job Is complete, just as we would not leave your home with a job incomplete. We will always keep in touch with updates throughout the day as we did with you.
