Friendly, neat, professional 1/26/2018

Rick and Matt were very friendly and professional. We went over my list and Rick told me what each item would cost and had suggestions for some of the items. Unfortunately the cost was much higher than I expected so I only had some of the work done. They were very neat and cleaned up after themselves. more

i believe I was taken advantage of . The charge for the service performed was totally out of line. It took less than 5 minutes to replace 1 failed smoke alarm and I was charged $ 308.00. I later discovered that I could purchase 6 of the replacement smoke alarms for less than $ 11.00 each. I learned an expensive lesson. I would not recommend this company. more

I have been very happy with the service that I have received from Bruder Electric and I would give this company five stars all around for the service and results! This company is the best! I would say that the staff is professional and they have done amazing work for me. I didn't have any issues with the service and the electrical work that they completed for my home is still working well after they finished. I would definitely recommend them to other people. Great job. more

Excellent! 12/26/2017

I have been using Bruder Electric, Inc. for years. On this particular occasion, I had to leave the house and let them do their work. There were a couple of glitches where a battery blew up but they resolved it with no problem.The service technician that was in charge of this job knew what he was doing! They are very honest and nice people who give excellent service! more

Awesome job! 12/23/2017

We had an unexpected electrical issue that knocked out power to multiple electrical outlets. We contacted Rick Bruder, the owner, and he came out within the hour on the weekend before Christmas. He quickly diagnosed the issue and determined the solution. We are repeat customers of Bruder Electric and we are very satisfied with Rick's response and professionalism. We would highly recommend his company for any type of electrical repair or installation. more

Interesting Appointment 12/20/2017

The electrician that came to fix our problem was GREAT and very personable!! The light over the stove had gone out and after numerous attempts to get the new bulb to work, I called Bruder for help. It turns out the "new" bulb I was using was broken or burned out. Even though he showed great compassion for the situation. . .we were charged for the visit. Chalk on up to stupidity on my part. more

downed wires at Thanksgiving 12/6/2017

The Sunday before Thanksgiving a tree fell and knocked my power and cable lines from the corner of my house. Bruder Electric came out to evaluate the situation Tuesday and arrived Wednesday at noon to fix the problem. Tom explained the steps to correcting the problem to my son and then to myself on the phone. He reattached the wires, replaced cables and even repaired the broken cable wires. Comcast never kept their appointment but thanks to Tom we had cable and wifi for the holiday. Tom's work was excellent. He is a very friendly and knowledgeable employee. Professional, Knowledgeable, On Time, and Nice 11/21/2017

A couple years ago Bruder Electric did some electrical work for us. They hooked up some lights and put in some electrical outlets. They came back again this past year and then just recently they serviced our home generator. That was annual maintenance. We will definitely keep using their service because they are professional, knowledgeable, on time, and nice. They gave us some good pointers and the pricing was very fair, good and competitive. more

Great Experience! 11/16/2017

I had a great experience with Bruder Electric. I have used them numerous times in the past on various job. On the most recent visit, they changed the lighting on my roof, installed a surge system throughout the house, and put covers on the external outlets. The technicians were professional, courteous, and pleasant to work with. They were very knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. I appreciated that they were responsive to my needs and did what I asked them to do. I had no problems with the service and am happy with how everything turned out. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future. more

Professional and Efficient! 11/15/2017

I've been using Bruder Electric, Inc. for about four or five years, and will certainly continue to use them! Most recently, they did a walk-through of my entire house and checked out a light that was near a leak, making sure it was serviceable and could be turned on. The're easy to make appointments with, and are consistently on time, courteous, and efficient. I'm happy to have found a thorough, trustworthy company and would definitely recommend them. more

Installed a New Switch 11/14/2017

I needed a new switch installed and I called Bruder Electric. They gave me appointment about 3 days later and when the day came they showed up and did the work. It all went pretty smoothly and it wasn't a huge job. This was my second time using them. I might use their service again, but I thought the pricing was a bit too high so I may shop around a bit in the future. RESPONSE FROM Bruder Electric, Inc.: Thank you for the very nice review. We completely understand your pricing concern as we do compete with a lot "Cheap Charlie's" in the industry. Professional, helpful, friendly, honest - everything I was looking for! 10/17/2017

I've used Bruder Electric for a few electrical jobs at my house, specifically related to my whole house generator. They were fantastic - worked with my schedule, great at communicating, professional, polite and honest. I never felt like they were pushing extra work my way. I consider them my electricians now, and will use them for everything. more

I had an excellent experience with Bruder Electric, Inc. I thought that they did a really good job. I had an outlet that wasn't working, so I called on the staff of Bruder Electric and they were able to give me the amazing service that I needed. I didn't have any problems with the staff because they were very professional. I would recommend them to other people and keep using them because of the results that I got from them.
