Bruce The Bed King

I was purchased a mattress and while fumbling for my wallet dropped a hundred dollar bill which I didn't realize.While negotiating the delivery price with the manager Bruce was leaving the store for the night and walked by the bill I dropped.Returned to the desk with it.He had seen me standing there and indeed the bill was gone from my pocket.On his second trip to the door he instructed the manager to throw in free delivery ! I have to give him a thumbs up more

I love my new Tempurpedic bed! After shopping around I'm so happy I went with Bruce the Bed King. The sales people were patient, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. The delivery was smooth and the customer service was great. I had some bad experiences in other stores with jerky sales people ( I guess that's what you can expect when you deal with commissioned sales people) That was not the case at Bruce the Bed King, no commission is the way to go. The only thing I dislike is now it's almost impossible for me to get up in the morning. If you're looking for a new bed this is the only place to go! more

I needed service on a platform bed purchased at the store in Paramus. I was amazed at how efficiently the staff there resolved my problem. It's nice to do business with people who are good to you after the sale. more

Over the summer I needed to furnish my new beach house. After an extensive search I settled on making my purchase from Bruce the Bed King. The sales people were genuinely nice and helpful. They made me aware that they were not on commission. Which I think is really great and made me feel like I was getting what I truly needed. The deal was amazing, I feel I got the most value for my money. The delivery down shore was efficient and went smoothly. After about a month, one of the mattress was starting to have a problem. We called Bruce the Bed King and they took care of the issues right away. The customer service was wonderful. I've had experiences with other stores and they do not have the great customer service that was provided to me at Bruce the Bed King. I'm counting down the days until I can get a new mattress for my bed at home. I highly recommend Bruce the Bed King and I can't wait to go back for me new bed! more

The Best Bed Store in NJ!! I recently needed to purchase my daughter's first big girl bed. After doing my research and visiting several of those horrible chain stores, I ended up Bruce the Bed. They were highly recommended by my friends but I wanted to shop around first. Shopping around was a stressful mistake. I should of gone to Bruce the Bed King first, I would saved a lot of time and energy. What I found at Bruce the Bed King was amazing customers service, affordable prices and non-pressure sales people. I dealt with Bruce himself (how often do you get to have that kind of access to the owner!)I got a great deal on a bed. My delivery was prompt, on time and the delivery men were courteous. I find this kind of service is a very rare thing in today's society. I highly recommend Bruce the Bed King to anyone who's looking to purchase furniture. My daughter loves her new big girl bed!! I'm planning on going back and getting myself a new bed soon! I have to say I think it's sad the internet is filled with angry and crazy people ready to bad mouth a great store. Some people are never happy. Go to Bruce the Bed King! I wouldn't buy anywhere else! more

After searching for children's beds everywhere for a reasonable price,we finally came across Bruce the Bed King. We went in and completely fell for Bruce's schtick. After getting the beds delivered, which by the way , the delivery men were 8 hours late. They came in and set them up which was great. Two weeks later my daughter that weighs 30 pounds was getting into her bed and Crack I heard a slat break. Called the main office because Bruce gave me the run around and finally got some replacement slats. Since then slat after slat has broken almost every week. They won't replace any more slats and want to sell me more products to support the bed. I will never do business with them again, And am calling the better business bureau because now I can't return them. Do not do business with this company. Pros: ABSOLUTELY NONE more
