Review content:
After searching for children's beds everywhere for a reasonable price,we finally came across Bruce the Bed King. We went in and completely fell for Bruce's schtick.
After getting the beds delivered, which by the way , the delivery men were 8 hours late.
They came in and set them up which was great. Two weeks later my daughter that weighs 30 pounds was getting into her bed and Crack I heard a slat break. Called the main office because Bruce gave me the run around and finally got some replacement slats. Since then slat after slat has broken almost every week. They won't replace any more slats and want to sell me more products to support the bed. I will never do business with them again, And am calling the better business bureau because now I can't return them. Do not do business with this company.
