Amazing to deal with 12/6/2011

I was in a pretty bad accident, and ended up needing some extensive frame work. Brown's did a really good job restoring my vehicle to it's previous condition, maybe even better. They were amazing to deal with throughout the repair process. I would come here for other services as well. more

I just switched from another local repair shop - they were ok - but Brown's is so honest it is hard to believe they are mechanics. These guys did a great job on my car and saved me big money.... more

Affordable 11/1/2011

The door on my Acura was dinged up pretty bad, so I brought it to Brown's Garage, and they helped me out. I was very happy with the work they did. My car looks great now! It was very affordable too! more

Great work 10/11/2011

I got into a little fender bender and I came to get my car fixed here at Belmont Garage. I have a white car so white is always really hard to match up. When I picked up my car it was the same color and it didn't even look like I got into any accident. Great job! more

Trustworthy 9/29/2011

Great service and great price. He won't overcharge and will not suggest that you fix things that don't need repair or maintenance. I won't go on with details because then his shop will get too busy and then the wait will be too long, but if you are in town and need a remarkably dependable and trustworthy mechanic, he is the one. more

Fabulous 9/28/2011

I picked up my car Friday and it looks fabulous!! During the whole process, they kept me informed about everything going on with my car When I went to pick it up, there was a sensor light that kept coming on. Although they are supposed to close at 5:00, they stayed until 6:30 to find out what the problem was and to fix it. Although being forced to get your car fixed after someone has plowed into it is a traumatic experience, these people made it as pleasant as possible. In this day of poor customer service and shoddy work, it is wonderful to know there are still companies and people who care. more

I scratched my rear passenger door due to a careless mistake in a underground parking garage. Not really a major repair job but still I was nervous because my family has had some really inferior paint jobs done in the past by both dealerships and auto repair shops. I did my homework by reading all the reviews I could find. I then took my car in to 5 best rated places and got estimates. Ironically, my insurance company at their place of repair, gave me the lowest estimate. I finally selected Brown's Garage because of their very excellent reviews and the fact that they have been around for 25 years. The repair job was done within the specified time (in spite of having to haggle with the insurance company) and was beautiful! Perfectly blended like factory-new. As an added bonus, they removed a small dent not related to the mishap and detailed the car inside and out. All in all, I was very happy with their friendliness and professionalism.This was a good place to do business! more

Good mechanic, had my car fixed very quickly and inexpensively. The owner seems to be an honest and hardworking guy which is very rare for auto shops. I used his shop only once, but if I need any more car repairs I'll definitely bring my car here. more

Sounds good 9/6/2011

First off, I'm a stickler for good customer service. I mean, it's a serious pet peeve of mine. Brown's Garage not only met my expectations they exceeded them by leaps and bounds! A while back my car was rear ended in a car accident. A coworker recommended I take my car to Brown's. I had the car repaired however when I got it back one of the repairs hadn't been done. Turns out the insurance company didn't include it in their estimate. In the meantime, I had also another minor accident where I scraped my back bumper. So, I thought, I'll get both done at the same time. When I took it in Mr. Brown he said it would be $300 for the scrape and nothing for the other minor repair. Sounds good right? more
