First off, I'm a stickler for good customer service. I mean, it's a serious pet peeve of mine. Brown's Garage not only met my expectations they exceeded them by leaps and bounds! A while back my car was rear ended in a car accident. A coworker recommended I take my car to Brown's. I had the car repaired however when I got it back one of the repairs hadn't been done. Turns out the insurance company didn't include it in their estimate. In the meantime, I had also another minor accident where I scraped my back bumper. So, I thought, I'll get both done at the same time. When I took it in Mr. Brown he said it would be $300 for the scrape and nothing for the other minor repair. Sounds good right?
