Brownsburg Academy

The staff is friendly and always willing to help. Both of my kids go there. They have learned so much since they have been there and have really come out of their shell. I would recommend this daycare to anyone. more

Awesome daycare!!! My son was there for his PreK year. He was ready for kindergarten....I would say he was beyond expectations. He was reading and spelling when he went to kindergarten. I was amazed! My 2, almost 3, year old loves his teachers. He also loves the classrooms he is in and learns so much. They do things that I haven't seen other daycares do. It is always clean and everyone is super friendly there. more

Pretty happy with the daycare. Manager is friendly and for the six months or so my 20 month and 3 year old have gone there has been several employees employed there the whole time. Both my kids really like to go and say good things about their day when they come home. Lastly, their hours are good which is key since both my wife and I sometimes work long days. more

I would not recommend Brownsburg Academy. We have a 2 year old and a 12 week old daughter who were enrolled in the school. When my son was moved into the 3 year old room, we started to notice some behavioral changes and decided to remove him from the school. We provided our required 2 week notice to the owners. We were going to leave our 12 week old in the school until we could find alternative care for her. A few days later, my wife was talking to the parents of one of my son’s classmates and saying “Goodbye” and that our son would miss playing with their son. We wanted to make sure that we could get the boys together in the future. The owner witnessed the conversation and asked to speak with my wife. The owner did not appreciate my wife saying goodbye the other parents and told her that we could take both our kids out the school immediately. Not having alternative care, my wife begged with the owner to let us keep the kids there. The owner finally relented and said that we could stay for the agreed upon two weeks for our son, but we would need to pull our daughter out at the same time. Knowing how hard it is to find daycare for an infant, we feel that this was a malicious act intent on causing us harm. Fortunately, the wonderful people at The Goddard School were able to accommodate our needs. My son is the happiest I have ever seen him. I just wish that we had moved our children months ago. more

You have got to be kidding?!?!? This facility is the biggest joke I have seen in a long time. I can say this because my children once attended here. The staffing is poor and the owners/director/cook/receptionist, or whatever you want to call the crazy bunch that works there, don't care about kids but how quick can they turn a dime. I was suckered into thinking this was going to be the latest and greatest place and when it never delivered and the kids were constantly coming and going, I realized that this was not a stable environment for any one, adult or child. I was also privy to information that one of the employees kicked a childs cot to wake them up during nap time when the parents came to pick up the kids for a doctor's appointment......BETTER be grateful that it wasn't my kids or you'd be seeing other actions taking place. WHAT A JOKE!?!?!?! more
