Terrible Dealership!!! They LIE all the way. DO NOT GO... avoid at all costs!\r If you must go, get a mechanic with you to catch their lies! and AVOID RAHMAN and JAY.\r \r Read Below for my terrible experience with them:\r \r I live in Charlotte, NC which is 6 hours away. I saw a vehicle that I really liked and called in to ask about it. I asked if there were any mechanical problems/maintenance required and/or squeals or creaks or any unnatural noises. I got the answer ""Everything works great, no noises, no problems at all."" So I asked again for them to be honest with me since i'd be driving 6 hours to come see the car. Again, they said that the car has absolutely no problems and that so many people want it... followed by ""I'll cut you a deal since the car hasn't been sold in 60 days.""(Deal was $1000 over KBB value).\r \r That was my first indication that they lie, with back to back contradictory sentences. \r \r When I arrived and turned the key, the first thing I hear is a loud long squeal. I ask the sales rep what the noise was, and get the response ""Oh that's normal""(LIE). Then I press in the clutch(Stick Shift) and it's already down to the floor and stuck. When I kicked it, it loosened up a bit and only pressed in 1 inch(Terrible Clutch). I asked the sales rep is there anything wrong with the clutch, and get the response ""Oh, no I don't know much about manuals, but it's fine. Are you sure you know how to drive?""(LIE, AND INSULT) I have been driving all kinds of stick shifts for 10 years.\r \r Those are $2,000 fixes to make that they are lying about, and not to mention the license plate light dangling by a wire and many other smaller but strange defects.\r \r If this wasn't enough, they said they'll have the car checked out. They came back in 1 hour and said that their mechanics said that everything was fine with the car. I asked to talk to the service technicians in which they dodged my request. \r \r They didn't even offer to lower the price(I STILL WOULDN'T HAVE BOUGHT FROM UNCONTROLLABLE LIARS).\r \r Back to Charlotte. I went empty handed and 14 hours less time of my life. \r more

Browns Nissan Takes Advantage of Military Service Members 6/21/2011

User Rating: 1 out of 5 stars \r by Sean 06/16/2011 \r \r This is by far the worst dealership in all 50 states, trust me when I tell you that you do not want to deal with them. I have been been purchasing vehicles for more than 20 years and I have never had a worse experience than the one I had at Browns Nissan in Fairfax. My fiance' purchased a 2011 Rogue from them and they sold her a base model vehicle with zero options for $27,000. When we tried to return it less than 20 minutes after driving it off the lot they refused to take it back. They then acted as if they were doing us a favor by puttting us in an upgraded model for $3000 more. I tried everything in my power to include offering them money, a print certificate for $1500 from true car, which managment lied to me and said they do not accept the certificate. I called 3 different Nissan dealerships to inculde Fairfax Nissan and discovered that they do take the certificate. When I told them what I had discovered they still refused to take the certificate. These clowns wouldn't even deal with us. Both my fiance' and I are military servie members, I have served for almost 20 years and she has served for 12 years. I have been forwarded deployed on two ships to Iraq, Afghanistan and other war torn regions. These sorry sons a bitches didn't even thank us for our service. From the top down they are arrogant, nasty and they WILL screw you over. Do yourself a favor don't get screwed over like we did, stay as far away from this dealership as possible!\r more
