Several reasons to like Brown's chicken over others. NO preservatives. Best for all people but a MUST for many of us. No reason to get a head ache (KFC) or diarrhea (Popeye's). They offer chicken livers (and gizards too) - must be careful they are not over cooked as some are. It would be much better if they went back to the original French dressing on the cole slaw - fantastic. Their "white"cole slaw is not tasty. more

I don't really think the fried chicken here is the best. This place doesn't really stack up to Kentucky Fried Chicken. But you know what it does have? It has jumbo hot dogs for only 99 cents on Sundays!! These hot dogs are a real treat. They are huge and loaded with great toppings, like onions, mustard, ketchup, relish, etc. I never go here to eat anything else. Of course, my favorite day to stop here in on Suday, because for less than a dollar, I can enjoy a delicious hot dog! Who needs McDonlad's dollar menu anway!? more
