WE Brown had a service technician respond quickly to my problem. They were very professional, clean and explained in terms I could understand what my problems were. They had to come back a couple of times until the problem was solved and every instance it was done in a very timely manner. Never again!Absolutely terrible service in every respect. I have used WE Brown for years and been pleased, but lately their service has really gone down hill. The people who make appointments are rude and incompetent. Twice I have had a “second appointment of the day”, described as mid to late morning. In both cases the person arrived between 530 and 6:30 PM with no call or explanation as to why it was so late. I had to call them to find out where the person was and whether they forgot. In one case I was told the late arrival it was because one of their employees injured himself and had to go to the hospital. I asked whether the injured employee was the one who was supposed to come to my house and she said no. Then I asked whether my technician had to go finish the job for the injured person and again she said no. So I asked what an injured employee had to do with my technician not showing up and she couldn’t answer. She promised to check on the status of his arrival and get back to me, but she never did. In addition the actual service has been terrible. The last time I needed some plumbing work done it took three trips to solve the problem, in part due to the fact that on the first trip they didn’t arrive until after 5:30 PM and they didn’t have time to finish the job that day so we scheduled another time. After seeing his poor quality work I called to request a different plumber. Then it took another couple of weeks to get someone here, but they did not check their work and within 15 minutes after they left I still had the same problem. Dale finally fixed my problem and was the only one who seemed to know what he was doing. I’m going to need a new furnace soon and there is no way I would purchase it from this company. more
