Very pleased :) 9/11/2011

I called to change my appointment to a time later that same day. When I came in at the later time that was supposed to be scheduled, I was not in the books until the 22nd. Luckily Kelli had finished early and was able to take me anyways., which was wonderful! But, I probably would of been a little upset with the person who answered the phone that made my appointment if everything didnt work out like it did especially with the driving I did to make it there. Other then that little mistake I was very pleased. Everything else was fantastic! more

Josh is my stylist. He is very interested in how my cut worked for me since my last appointment. He is diffinitely there to make sure I am 100% satisfied with the hair cut he has given me. Love him! more

Best Bikini Waxing by Helena 9/8/2011

Since moving to Michigan five years ago, it has been hard to find an aesthetician who can give a good brazilian. Helena at Brown and Deline is your woman! She is lovely to talk to, professional and has managed to give me clean and precise waxes. For the first time ever, I went four weeks without getting an ingrown hair once, which has never happened. I owe it all to her. I've finally found someone that I continually want to go back to. PS. The mimosas on Saturday morning are a WONDERFUL treat too! more

Love my Salon 9/8/2011

This salon is well staffed, busy, and always provides good service. The front staff turns over quite frequently and some of the employees are young and not well instructed as to providing professional service but that could be a function of their age. Find a good provider for the services you like, stick with that person and book future appts. well in advance. The only negative comment I have is that price increases for products and services are not announced or advertised to clients in advance...one visit you pay a certain price and the next there has been a price increase, with no advance notice, just a small sign on the check-in counter. I believe all clients should be informed at least 30 days in advance of any price increases by their technician/stylist at the very least, in conjunction with an email blast. more

From the moment you walk in to the salon you feel the professional atmosphere. You are treated respectfully as the courteous desk staff - especially Nadia greets you, offers you liquid refreshment and lets the staff member you will be working with know you have arrived. I have never had a long wait for my appointment. Brittany Brown has done wonders in getting my nail back to a healthy state. It is a pleasure to see her on a regular basis to have a manicure and pedicure. She is truly an asset to the staff. Reminders of your appointment are sent via phone calls and e-mail. There is always a follow-up after your appointment. Brown & Deline are first class! more
