Brown & Brown Wrecker Svc

4/4/13 44 degrees and raining ; 4:40pm rushhour in Atlanta , getting off ramp at Exit 30 Chamblee Dunwoody exit. got flat tire. Hero Unit told me to call Brown & Brown towing. Worst move I could have made !!!. Those two Bastards (men) ripped me off for $65. They put a donut on the car.....knowing full well that the donut had come away from the rim and that it flat as the flat tire they took off the car !\r They told me to go up to the gas station and put air in the donut., then they gave me a receipt and drove away....leaving there !!! I called the dispatcher to complain, he said to send a truck out to tow me down the street to get another tire would cost me $65 !! I said your dishonest bastards should have done that in the first place. Damn Bastards ...you got a mother , a wife, a girlfriend, a daughter or a female in your family and believe me , that mean and hateful behavior is going to come back on them !! Believe it !!\r more

this place doesn't even rate one star. not only do they charge too much, the times i have been infortunant enought o have one of my cars end up there, it was either damaged i was over charged, or thihns like tools or other valuables were missing when i got my car back more

Especially do not have you car towed to their lot. They charge excessive fees for everything. Customer service is non-existent, as are teeth. They were not nice to me or my wife, even when we were trying to pay them. It cost me over $300 to have my car towed (half a mile) and keep it less than a week. They suck! I am writing this months after the incident and I am still upset about their unfair business practices. more

Had to get my truck towed home from a gas station because I was having problems with the key. I called Brown & Brown and the guys on the phone were very nice and so was Andrew, the driver that came to tow my truck. He was extremely nice, personable and helpful. The fees were just as described over the phone, no weird hidden charges or extra fees. And they were plenty reasonable. I guess not many people are happy when they have to get their vehicle towed, understandably, but I am very happy with Brown & Brown and Andrew. Thanks guys! more

Brown and Brown Wrecker Service is not a towing service that I would should use again. I was in an accident and Brown and Brown was the one the DeKalb County police called to tow my vehicle. The driver said that they were not able to get it to the location I requested that afternoon. The next morning I called to see when it was going to be dropped and was told my vehicle wasn't there. After several minutes they found it. However, when they delivery it to the body shop for repairs there was a matter in an area that has nothing to do with the accident. I called the owner and sent him photos that the body shop said it was there when they got it. The owner has yet to return my phone calls. I will be taking him to small claims court for the repair to my vehicle. I will never ever used them again Cons: Not living up to customer service after damage more
