I just had a terrible experience with Brown Brothers. They took over 8 months to get back to me and thankfully only 2 weeks to finish (because they had good subcontractors since they DO NOT do the work themselves). They have HORRIBLE customer service (never returning calls - blaming others such as manufacturers when it is their fault). RUN not walk away from this company! And did I forget they overcharge too? more
