Nice staff, but their return policy sucks! I tried to return something within the hour, but they said no. It says in black and white, but I hadn't even opened the package. I'll just drive an additional 10 miles to get treated right. more

Honest, free advice 10/26/2011

I called to get a price on a part I thought I needed to repair my daughter's washer. After I gave the person on the phone the model number, he asked me about the symptoms. When I explained the symptoms, he said, ""You might not need that part, but a much less expensive part. This is a simple test you can run to see which one it is."" He had me run the test and probably saved me $50, a lot of time and headache. And he didn't charge for that service. I will buy any parts I need to repair appliance parts from Brown Appliance Parts. more

good place to get appliance parts 8/31/2008

When looking for a strange part for a wash machine they went out of their way to try to find the correct part. They went above and beyond to assist me who is not a professional. They seem to normally deal with professional repair people. Their prices are good. I would send people to them more
