Had washing machine issue. He arrived quickly. Very unfriendly. No actually he was a jerk. More importantly was charged a $70 trip charge, $60 of labor, and charged $52 for a lid ...

Called in on a Monday to get a refrigerator service call lined up for Friday the same week. Very busy and don't get to take off a lot. Hadn't heard anything on Friday so I called in to make sure that they were still coming. The lady answered the phone and had no record of me ever calling. Go figure, they are either totally inefficient or not really into customer service. If you have that much trouble getting them to take your money, I can only imagine what there repairs are like. more
