Had washing machine issue. He arrived quickly. Very unfriendly. No actually he was a jerk. More importantly was charged a $70 trip charge, $60 of labor, and charged $52 for a lid ...

Don't use this company for washing machine repair 4/25/2013

Had washing machine issue. He arrived quickly. Very unfriendly. No actually he was a jerk. More importantly was charged a $70 trip charge, $60 of labor, and charged $52 for a lid switch worth anywhere from $1 to $26,(looked the exact part number up on the internet), that took 5 minutes to change out. Total price $185. Complete rip off. Lesson here is don't be in a hurry like I was to get an appliance fixed if you can help it and NEVER USE BROUGHTON APPLIANCE SERVICES. more
