Same day repair! 9/5/2011

Broten installed my garage several years ago and I love it - not to mention that it is hurricane proof. Over the weekend I had locked the garage door and accidentally tried to open the locked door. I ripped the bracket out of the door. I called Broten Monday morning and the garage was fixed by lunch time - and even better than before. more

We recently decided to replace our garage door with a hurricane proof door. We called Broten and the salesman came out the next day. He told us there was a 2-3 week turnaround to get the door installed, but we received the door in 7 days. The installers were friendly and professional. I would recommend Broten Garage Door to anyone needing garage door installation or service. more

We were very satisfied with the Broten Garage Door service person. He apologized that our issue was fixed in a second and that he had to charge us a $53. service call fee. We know it wasn't his fault. We thought that his customer service was excellent. He made suggestions for us in the future about our garage door opener which was purchased from Broten over 20 years ago. more

garage door motor replacement 8/15/2011

We had Carlos come to our house for a repair. He was very helpful and we ended up buying a new motor that was on sale. I later compared prices at Home Depot and found that the price for the Broten motor was very competitive. I commend the technician Carlos for his efforts. more

Fast, efficient response from Broten 8/13/2011

My garage door spring snapped while in the down position on Sunday evening. I called Broten at 8 a.m and Dona handled my call. She sent me an e-mail with a picture of the service tech, Brian T. and he arrived at the time she said he would, which was around 10 a.m., and he was very pleasant, and professional in his approach to the job. He removed the broken spring, and replaced it quickly. He asked if there was anything else we needed after he completed the job. more

This is our third time using Broten for garage door issues and will call again, if needed. more

Recent service 8/7/2011

I called Broten to ask for an appointment on a specific day. Carlos came when they said he would and the office responded with a new keypad the very next day. Excellent service. This is the second time we have had to call Broten and both times they were there for us quickly, efficiently and courteously. more

We had Broten come out to fix our garage door (broken spring), and the guy was nice he did his work, and didn't mind fixing what my father had messed up trying to fix it himself. they were timely in coming out, and they even worked with a specific time frame that we could accommodate them. We did shop around before calling, and Broten was the cheapest that we found. Even though it was our first time using Broten, I'm sure we will call them again if the door breaks again, not that I want it to break. more
