I had the pleasure of working with Scott Mason in purchasing a great car for my 19 year old son. Scott listen to our needs and showed us the cars that met our criteria. Car I bought was missing two backseat headrests. They told me to go look on Craigslist and buy them myself. Within the first week of owning the car there was a problem with a sensor that needs to be fixed. They diagnosed the problem and told me where I could take it to get it fixed but had no intention of paying for it. The cd player never worked from day one and they did not disclose tome that it did not work. Again they diagnosed that it did not work and then had no intention of fixing it or putting in a working cd player..I did not pursue this any further because the finance manager happens to be neighbors with my good friend. To sum it up...Brooks Biddle can go fuck themselves.. more

Easy to work with 8/20/2014

I showed up late on a week night to test drive a 2010 Toyota Tacoma Pre-Runner, and the small staff on hand at that time could not have been more accommodating. After some painless negotiating over my trade-in, I was out the door with my new truck, in time to catch the ferry back home to Kingston. I've had agonizing car deals with other dealers in the past; these guys were a pleasure to work with. more
