Very Nice Counter Lady 2/7/2011

Hello, we were New Year's eve of 2008. We've been there several times, mostly my wife at times, but I love it there, close to casinos, you gave us early check in which was nice, we could keep our puppy there, late check out if need be, which was twice. Restaurants near by, close to other places of convenience as well. Mainly the staff. The nice lady at front counter and her little dog always welcomed us, haha, plus having high speed for our computers to visit with our friends when on the road. Friendly staff 1/12/2011

Stayed Friday Sept 26 - Sunday the 28th. The Broken Bow Inn is always convienent and staffed with friendly people. This is a simple, low/average budget hotel that gives you more than you pay for. Its right on Highway 259 as you come into town from the south. Its near all the good restaurants and easy to get to just about anything. I was with a very large group of about 50 people and we arrived at slightly staggered times. Many hotels would freak out and throw up their hands at that many people trying to check in in a couple of hours but the staff at Broken Bow never does. more

We Will Come Back 12/21/2010

We have never stayed in a small town hotel that made us feel like we were at home. The front desk lady and her dog scarecrow greeted us with a smile and was very helpful in telling us about place to eat and about the lake. We will be sure to come back, if not only for the good service but we will have to go back and see scarecrow!!! Molly and Dave, Dallas Tx more
