When you are walking down broadway plaza it is like you are walking down a cozy road at Christmas. The little shops are lit up and the smell of the bakeries are fresh and inviting. But seriously, we only care about shopping, now don't we. Well ,they have a Macy*s, a Crate n Barrel, a Nordstrom, an Apple store, a Barne's n Noble, a Starbucks, what more could you ask for. I spend hours there. There is always something new! more

but that's okay because that's just how Walnut Creek is these days. Broadway Plaza has a nice range of shops and it really is a pleasant place to spend outdoors. There are a lot of nice places to sit and people watch and it's great place to take your kids or walk your dog through on a Sunday afternoon. While there are a slew of higher end shops like Nordstroms, Tiffnay, Bang and Olefsun, there is also a Crate and Barrel, Barnes and Noble, Bath and Body Works, etc. ie. stores for the normal working class girl. My only complaint is the dearth of decent places to eat. Not all of us are into CPK or PF Changs. more
