I had bed bugs and called Broadway to have some exterminators come out to my apartment to get rid of them. It took 2 visits, but the 2nd visit was included in the price and they were gone after that. more

I thought I had a bed bug problem and called NYK9 Inspections. Jeter the bed bug sniffing puggle came by and eased my worries. No bed bugs! Jeter's handler was very helpful and informative too. I'm so relieved that I don't have bed bugs, and I'll always know I can call on NYK9 and Broadway Exterminating to answer any questions or solve any problems I have. I'm normally not the kind of guy to hand out 5 stars for anything, but having the peace of mind that I don't have bed bugs is totally worth it! more

I normally don't do these things, but I just had the best experience I have ever had with an exterminating company. I recently had a mouse problem in my building,(well I have always had a problem) and my previous exterminators could not control the problem.(If they ever showed up to do work that is) I talked to a few other management companies in my area and I got referred to Broadway Exterminating. From the first phone call to my last monthly service date, I receive exactly what I would expect from a professional service. Not only are my mice eliminated, I barely have a roach problem anymore. Broadway does pest control service for my commercial business. They are much better than my last company. They show up on the day promised, the techs (we've had a few different ones) all seem to be very professional and helpful. Broadway Exterminating's customer service has been excellent. The other month I discovered I had bedbugs. This is my worst nightmare come true, but Broadway truly gave me the peace of mind I needed. I've spoken to several different people there on the phone, as well as to the technicians sent to my apartment. Everyone has been so patient with all my questions and have been very reassuring. Any time I have a question I just call and someone takes the time to listen and answer my questions. I don't feel rushed or bad for calling. They've managed to keep me calm in a situation where I could easily lose my mind otherwise. I would definitely recommend them. In a case like this, working with people who can offer understanding as well as expertise is a real bonus. more

A friend of mine recommended this company to me, because after I told her about a bedbug problem we're having, she said she'd used Broadway Exterminating earlier this year, and they were able to eliminate a bedbug problem for her. So I called them last month, and they explained how I needed to prepare beforehand, before they arrived, which I did. When they came to our apartment, they were very thorough, and sprayed more extensively than I realized they would do. I am very happy with the results, because we haven't found any bedbugs since. This company has performed reliable service for me over the years. I first had them get rid of a rodent problem I had, they took care of it for me on the first shot. Then recently when I thought I was going to pull my hairs out of my head because of critters in the bed, they took care of that too. They have come twice and done a very thorough job both times, and I havent gotten bit again yet. I highly recommend this company that has been in the neighborhood for 10 years and around for like 30 or something... Pros: thorough service, came quickly Cons: Could be just a bit cheaper more

Calle dthem in to solve a bed/bugg problem. Spent alot of time and money and was never relieved of them. I called in aother co. that I immediatley had more confidence in. Cons: innefective, poorly trained mechanics more

This co. should not be in business. The customer service and the level of expertise is a joke. I spent alot of money trying to get rid of bedbugs with them and i finally said enough. I am trying somone else. I need to find a co. that realy knows what they are doing. Cons: this place is a joke more

After suffering with bedbugs i called these guys in. I don't mind paying, but i want to pay for results. I payed , payed, and payed some more, and i continued to get biten for months. The exterminators they send out just dont seem like they know what they are doing. Its also a bad sign when they bad mouth there own place, I should have known.
