Broadway Estates Veterinary Clinic

I highly recommend this veterinary clinic. I took my cockatiel to be seen by their new avian vet, Dr. Chai, and his vet tech. Dr. Chai had an excellent ""bedside manner."" He was knowledgable as well as thoughtful concerning my bird's needs. He treated me and my little girl bird with compassion and kindness. He thoroughly explained to me all options and possibilities for her care to help me make the best choice for her. 9 years ago,I took other cockatiels to another avian veterinary clinic. I did not feel true caring and compassiion from them, and only went there because at the time, I thought they were the only avian vet in town. As a side note, the cost of the care for my bird at Broadway Estates in 2011 was lower than what I paid for less care at this other clinic 9 years ago. Again, I highly recommend this veternarian clinic. more

My family has been taking our pets to this vet for over 15years. In the beginning they were great but over the past few years they have gotten much worse. This company no longer cares about the health and wellbeing of your pets. All they want to do is get your money and push you out the door. Most recently I tried to purchase heartworm meds online and when the company tried to get approval from this vet clinic they refused to fill out any paperwork for it. This vet also called me to tell me that I had to purchase my medication from them because online companies could not be trusted. The truth is that this vet does not want their customers to save money they just want all the profit for themselves. When I told them that I will never take my pets here again they just said “meh” like they could care less. All in all this vet clinic thinks of themselves as the customers and all they want is MONEY!!!! more

We will no longer be taking our pets to this clinic. It's sad to say because we have been taking our pets there for years now. We picked Broadway because of there none typical take your money vet clinic. Over the years they have become that clinic. They will not do anything with out a pay check. We have never got second opinion before. Recently our dog got very sick they wanted to charge us over $2k for surgery. After we just payed them 1k for our other dog to be taken care of. So we decided to get a second opinion and guess what we got the same surgery for $800.WOW That's a huge difference. The way they handle it and how cold hearted that we wanted a second opinion made us think that they dont truly care. They just care about the paycheck. I do understand that we need to survive in this economy but take advantage of people is unbelievable!! Think twice before you go here and always get a second opinion more

He is really the best vet. Always informative and always helpful. One of our dogs broke his leg. We took him to the doggie ER to have X-ray taken along with a soft cast put on on a Sunday. David went to the ER to look at the X-ray for us at 7am the very next day. He called us right away and let us know the treatment and so on. For that, we are so very grateful to him and have recommended him to many others. :) Thank you, David. You are the best!
