I have been seeing Dr. Britz for almost three years for botox. I am in and out in 30 minutes and the cost is only a fraction of what I have paid elsewhere. more

I like that she will not sell you on products that cost a lot and do very little or just mask the issue( and if you ask about those products on the market)she will tell you the truth about the benefits or lack thereof.) I am using one cream which Dr. Britz recommended for me because of it's proven benefits (in studies) to increase lost collagen after one year of nightly use. I did notice a difference after using said topical cream but got lazy neglected to use it nightly. I told her about this during the last office visit and was scolded for not following through with the treatment plan. I needed that push to get back to and stick with the program!! She's the expert and I know she cares about my skin and my well being! more

I found the receptionist to be quite helpful. She was able to squeeze me in for an appointment on very short notice. The waiting room is neat and tidy...the aquarium kept my 10 month old occupied. Dr. Britz took her time with us and answered all my questions. We've only been to see her once so far but it was a positive experience. I would recommend her. more

My first visit was a five-star experience. She was very thorough, asked good questions and had a good bedside manner. I left there informed and enthusiastic about fixing my skin issues. My second appointment was more rushed. She seemed to have a lot on her mind. Dr. Britz is moody. She's also very competent. more

Dr. Britz was certainly friendly with me, her waiting room was clean, and she was respectful and kind. What's most important, though, is the efficacy of the treatment---and I've seen many dermatologists who couldn't come close to her! more

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE doctor. I went to her about a skin issue that I am very self conscious of, and she was very insensitive and rude. When I told her what was wrong and showed her, she looked at me as if I had AIDS or something. Also, she gave me an attitude and acted like I was wasting her time. She does not seem as though she knows what she is doing (or wants to at least). DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR!!! I have found Dr Britz to be kind, compassionate, and straightforward. She gives thorough and focused instructions, and listens to what I have to say. I have a friend who also goes to her and very much likes her. I would recommend her. Pros: Highly thorough and competent more

My primary care referred me to Dr Britz to check on some moles. What i got was indifferent attitude bordering on condescension. I got the feeling from her that it was my fault for not getting the moles checked sooner and that i should somehow be punished for that. Maybe it was the argument between someone who was unable to pay their bill and the receptionist when i arrived that got her in a mood. Pros: Probably knowledgeable Cons: Horrible bedside manner more
