We are very pleased with our internet, telephone and cable services through Bristol Virginia Utilities' optinet services. There have been a few technical difficulties with the internet service, but those are very few and far between. Our cable service is an extremely competitive price. Their phone service is great, and do not require as many taxes as regular phone lines, saving about $5 a month on taxes alone! Staff is always friendly when I call or visit the offices.
