I WOULDN'T WANT MY CHILD ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!\r \r Since day one, I loved the staff. They were awesome with my daughter and made her day as fun as possible. All she talks about at night is going to school the next day. My daughter has learned a ton. She is even teaching me one of the songs they were learning. After the first couple days she felt at home. She did cry the first couple days I took her there. Now she cries when she has to leave to come home. I would recommend them to anyone who is skeptical about leaving your child at a daycare. They have cameras so I can watch from my phone or pc anytime I start to miss her. They have many activities so my daughter is never bored. I could list many more things I love. I have nothing negative to say about Bright Start. My daughter still attends there and my new baby will attend next summer also.\r We looked at 4 centers and most were descent. The thing that separated Bright Start was the owners and the staff. You could just tell they cared. That this wasn’t just a job. Some centers seemed more concerned about my deposit than my child.\r more

Fortunately, I am an independent thinker. I do not base any decision on someone else’s opinion. We visited 9 day care centers before deciding on Bright Start. One of the reviews on this site was very negative. However, all the rest were very positive. We wanted to see for ourselves. We couldn’t be happier with our decision. The facility is fantastic. My child never wants to leave. I have never dealt with more down to earth and honest owners in recent memory. As a salesman, I deal with business owners all the time. Michelle and John are top notch. The entire staff is wonderful. I asked my child ‘s teacher about the negative items in this negative review and they responded that it actually was posted by a terminated, disgruntled employee. Of course that is always a potential problem with sites that have total anonymity. Regardless, my child is learning, having fun and the price is very reasonable. They have a web based monitoring system where my wife can watch our child’s classroom any time of the day from her computer or Iphone. NO ONE ELSE HAS THIS! Amazing feature. Don’t make any decisions based on any anonymous reviews. Good or bad. Including mine. There isn’t 1 business out there where there is 100% satisfaction. If you are looking for a fantastic day care with great teachers and accessible owners, please visit. We are so glad we did. Our child has been enrolled for almost a month now. I got a new job in Naperville and needed to find child care for my children and I really didn't want to send them to a corporate one. I found Bright Start and when I took the tour at first I thought this would be a good fit for mine and my children's needs. Boy was I ever wrong and thak goodness they have cameras. I was able to look in on my kids any time I wanted.I found that the teachers were very nice and compassionate and were up a against a brick wall.They had no supplies and numerous times I heard how the owner/director Michelle Ginley yell, disrespect and treat her staff as if she was better than them. So it wasn't the teachers but the centerr and Michelle is why I pulled my children.When you walk in the center itself smelled of mold and soiled diapers.It was always dusty and dirty.There were always problems with the bathrooms and they were dirty and smelled of urine.My children would tell me that they never had enough food for either lunch or snack.Their were always kids running around, screaming hitting each other.Once I came in early to pick up my children Michelle had a child strapped in a car seat on the office floor, he was yelling and was trying to get out.She was always on the phone with her husband or yelling at her own kids.Once I even seen & heard from the camera she was yelling at her kids in front of the staff and the children.I called DCFS to see if they had ever been investigated and found out they have and still are. Do investigating ask other parents and the teachrs for the truth. I would never recommend them and I hope they lose their liscense, the Ginly's have not business owning or running a child care center. more

My husband and I relocated to Naperville for just a few months from LA for work. I had to find a daycare for my 18 month old and 4 yr old to start right away. Trying to do this from afar was extremely challenging but Michelle made the process so much easier for me. I called a number of places who would promise to call me back and talk further and then I would never hear from them again. Michelle always returned my calls, answered all my questions and did everything she could to put me at ease about starting my kids somewhere that I was not able to tour. Once we arrived I knew I had made the right choice. The teachers were all so loving. \r \r Both children settled really quickly and my 4 yr old got to go on 2 or 3 field trips a week during Summer Camp. She had a blast. She also learned so much more than her school back at home. In just 3 months she was able to count to 100 in Spanish and tell me all the colors in Spanish. She is also starting to read alone. I moved our 2 children to Bright Start Child Care from a big name center for a few reasons. I can watch my kids on my iphone or PC as they have cameras available. They offer Spanish enrichment, the cost is right, the owners are available 24/7 with any questions I may have, and they have a money back guarantee. I would highly recommend taking a tour. They even let me have 1 day free to see if my children liked it. WE WERE SOLD!! more

My wife and I recently moved our young children to Bright Start. The switch was not easy, but after touring the facility with the passionate owners, we felt at ease. As busy professionals with demanding careers, we needed a child care provider who could provide a caring and educational environment for our two young children. We sought out Bright Start in hopes they could provide compassion for our children while challenging them to learn more each day. We are very pleased with our experience thus far. Michelle and her staff of professionals at Bright Start have provided a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for our girls. Since joining Bright Start we have noticed the following... -Improved behavior -Improved comprehension of rules and consequences -Improved vocabulary -Willingness to discuss what was ""learned"" at school (Spanish, arts/crafts, letters, etc.) We feel that the level of care that Michelle and her team provide is outstanding.
