This place is an absolute nightmare in regards to efficiency and the customer service. The corporation is to blame for this. (the staff is polite) They have only ONE Orthodontist...

Office staff extremely rude. 1/24/2012

I had a bad experiance with a bright now office in Surprise, AZ. I called the corporate office and left message with them and online. I was told someone would get back to me and nobody did. It has been over a week now. They have the rudest office manager and the corporate office has shown all they care about is getting my money and they don't care about the customer. I will never referr anyone to any of there offices. People(employees) will make misstakes. I like to know that the business will stand up with morals and values and try to make it right. Bight Now Dental doesn't even care. more

Worst customer service ever, don't go here! 1/13/2012

This office is the rudest staff I have ever had to deal with. The office manager has the worst attitude I have seen. Not only did she throw a paper at me but slammed her hand on it and said see its this price and here is your signature. I politly asked her to double check the price for me. After that I asked he to please not throw papers at me and give me an attitude. She told me to deal with it or leave. I had to ask to talk to the dentist five time and she refussed to get him. I called there corporate office and she came out and gave me more attitude. The corporate office gave me the VP number to file a complaint since they heard her attitude also. I will never go back there again. more

Everyone at the Surprise Bright Now was wonderful from Dr. Homme, the dental assistants, to the hygienist and all of the office staff! Great office! more

I LOVE MY DENTIST AND OFFICE PEOPLE 12/9/2011

I don't like going to the dentist. You office has changed my mind. I can't say enough of how they made me feel welcome. I have BAD TEETH. I usually am ashamed to go. They were friendly and helped me set a schedule to fix my mouth. I am getting seven caps put on the top and I can't wait to smile again. Even with the temporaries my family says I am happier and smile now that I don't mind showing my teeth more
