I HAD A GREAT TIME WITH THE STAFF THEY MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS AT HOME. I CAN RELAX AND HAVE NO WORRY ABOUT ANYTHING AND KNOW I AN GETTING THE BEST CARE -- THE OFFICE HAD A NICE WARM HOME FEELING I REALLY LOVE THE MIRROR OUT FRONT.....\r KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK DUKE STREET OFFICE. I use to feel that dentist visits was very expensive and unaffordable. I began to think that seeing a dentist was not that important. I didn't have the money to pay for the needed service that the dentist recommended so therefore, I would never follow-up to have the required work done. Now, I feel that the dentist visits are just as important as medical visits. Thanks to Mazin Alayssami, D.M.D. & Associates. I was provided with excellent service and an option that will allow me to afford the dental expense without proposing a financial strain. I have decided to upkeep my family dental and follow-up on all dental treatment that is recommended by our dentist. I plan to use this dental office for the remainder of my life. more

Your office is professional and the person who does my cleaning is very good at what she does. I would tell them the office is very professional, the office is efficient, waiting room is very comfortable, staff are very friendly. more

WASTE OF TIME 11/9/2010

I moved to the area recently, and had to find a dentist. I went with this one, as it was "assigned" to me by my dental insurance, and it was close to home. \r Being a new patient, I knew that I would have to jump thru some hoops. So, when I called I explained that I was new, needed a cleaning, and I also wanted to schedule about an hour and a half appointment for fillings I know that I need. They said that they couldn't do that, and that I'd have to make a preliminary appointment. Uh... ok- whatever. I need to get it. I spent 2 hours in their office this morning. 16 xrays, 10 minutes with the Dr., (3 of which were spent looking at my teeth) and 45 minutes of "educational" dental videos. Really- VIDEOS? \r They also suggested a deep cleaning (which I'm not opposed to) and 6 caps. Yes - 6. Now, I have soft teeth and I do get cavities easily - but if it took me 30 years to get 1 cap - I can't imagine that it would only take me a year to accumulate 6 more.\r So - I walked out of there with a more

This dental office you need to watch how they bill you. They told me that my charges were one thing, I then I found out that my insurance paid them. It is called billed balancing which is not legal. more

Worst Dentist EVER!!!! 3/5/2010

DO NOT GO HERE!! This dentist office is the worst!!! The dentists do a poor job. If you have an emergency they make you wait too long for an appointment and then they juggle you around. The reception staff are unorganized idiots. They don't care about their patients at all!!! more

Business Office Manager 2/15/2010

The staff is unprofessional and do not know what they are doing. They can not even make a simple appointment. I had to call three times to make an appointment. I selected this office due to the proximity to my home. I have changed to another dentist, now I am struggling to get my x-rays from them, which is a hassle. The customer service is horrible. more

Avoid Mazin Alayssami & Assoc. Dental Offices 9/10/2009

Worst experience ever, dentist and staff change every few month, they operate under a revolving door policy. All they care about is making money (the bottom line) so they will recommend a lot of crown and bridge work instead of more conservative options. This is what happens when a corporate (Bright Now) takes over a doctor?s office, shame on you Dr. Alayssami (if you exist) for having this scandal being run under your name. more

HORRIBLE HALF A$$ SERVICE LOOKING FOR YOUR MONEY!! 5/4/2009

I have spent over $3000 out of pocket WITH Insurance and these people are so half a$$ it makes me sick!! I have gone there many times in pain and have made it clear I need the oral pain fixed and they set me up for only an evaluation. I've missed so much work because their front staff hardly speaks English and does not make it clear that you may only be coming in for an evaluation. I was just in there with oral pain and the dentist took some half a$$ x-rays and told me it's my final wisdom tooth giving me all the pain so I went to get it pulled ASAP but I am still in severe pain. She also has done a filling basically to bill my insurance when that tooth was in need of a root canal and they recently did a filling and told me it's a deep cavity and I *might* need a root canal. These people are only interested in billing your insurance and wasting your precious time. One guy at the front desk couldn't even help me not only because he could speak English but because he was more interested more
