i can not only confirm everything Anonymous wrote on 4/10/2007, i can relay far worse. that they are rough, careless, rude and even refused me care at one appointment is far from the worst of it. i thought the problems that they have been unwilling/unable to fix started in january; this week i learned that they caused the problem starting three years ago. they have done permanent damage, i will lose a tooth and have to get an implant - all due to their incompetence and negligence. so yes other patients complain loudly, the staff is slack and slovenly, and Dr. Alayssami is never there to keep an eye on things, i expect however that my lawyer will be able to get his attention.
