Everyone has always been friendly and helpful to me. Dentist has always explained what was being done and has done a good job without any pain.

Worst

I moved to the area recently, and had to find a dentist. I went with this one, as it was "assigned" to me by my dental insurance, and it was close to home. \r Being a new patient...

Do you really exist? -- NEED TO CONTACT YOU DIRECTLY --\r ALSO NEED A ENDODONTIC SERVICE - thru your office \r apparently you do not have that --- !!!????\r \r Your Herndon Office had been paid for 2 bridges one is in trouble with another root canal and I was sent elsewhere outside of the realm of my initial dental Dominion Dental Insurance. ??? \r \r Since I have now a infection and possibly a larger problem than \r anticipated due to not to great of initial job, please contact me as \r soon as possible. \r \r Thanks. marta more

far worse than i'd imagined. . . 9/20/2007

i can not only confirm everything Anonymous wrote on 4/10/2007, i can relay far worse. that they are rough, careless, rude and even refused me care at one appointment is far from the worst of it. i thought the problems that they have been unwilling/unable to fix started in january; this week i learned that they caused the problem starting three years ago. they have done permanent damage, i will lose a tooth and have to get an implant - all due to their incompetence and negligence. so yes other patients complain loudly, the staff is slack and slovenly, and Dr. Alayssami is never there to keep an eye on things, i expect however that my lawyer will be able to get his attention. more

Bad Service!!! Stay Away!!!! 4/10/2007

I was not impressed with the quality of service I received. :-( The staff is generally ghetto fabulous and enjoys gossiping about the patients. The dentist does not sit and explain to you what is going on with you. You have to be very proactive and ask yourself. LOL!!! The doctor was sloppy and extremely rough and abrasive when filling my cavities. During one of my visits, another patient walked in complaining about a crown that had fallen out (note the crown was put in the previous day). Dr. Alayssami is never there to keep an eye on things, and it shows. When you go to the dentist you expect good customer service. You will not find it at Dr. Alayssami's Alexandria location. more
