Wonderful system and installation! 1/19/2012

The Briggs company recently installed a Trane XL20i AC system with Clean Effects in my home, and I could not be more pleased with the system, but their installation of ductwork was exact and meticulous. The installers were exceptionally courteous and always asked my opinion before making a final decision. The Trane system itself is efficient, silent and maintains a comfortable consistent temperature in my home. I highly recommend the Briggs organization; they are knowledgeable about their products, competent and deliver on their prices! more

Thanks for getting our A\C back on the up and up. I am sorry for the mess you and Chris came upon. Also thank you for training Laura on how our A\C should be properly used. We will be looking into the blown insulation with Pray ASAP. Laura has mentioned to me that you have an add-on to our air handler for better filtration. We are very interested in that add-on, so when you have a moment in your busy time, could you please email a quote to us? They were really nice and helped us find the best deal on a new furnace, and it saved us hundreds of dollars. They were also really fast with making the repairs. more
