Brier Creek Pet Hotel

My wife and I were initially attracted to Brier Creek because it costs almost half the price of another kennel that we've used for some time. But our two little dogs seem to like it just fine, and we've been very happy with the customer service. They've always been very helpful and accommodating to us. We use them quite regularly now. more

My girlfriend and I have a new puppy, he has lots of energy. We had to board quite soon after we got him and were nervous about leaving him. The staff told us it was ok to call- so we called daily for the first few days and he did really well! He came back healthy and happy and in fact was more outgoing with strangers when he came back. We gave him extra play times while we were gone to make sure that he had lots to do. In short we were more than happy with the service and our dog's condition spoke for it self. He had his first puppy trim and he looked great. We recommend them to our friends and have several neighbors who use the pet hotel when they are away and for day care days. more

I have two active schnauzers with lots of energy. One schnauzer goes to Brier Creek Pet Hotel every week to get groomed and have fun. He is dropped off at 7:30 am and is not pick up until 6:00pm. When he his picked up it is obvious he has had an exciting day. Completely worn out...the entrie ride home he sleeps. My female schnauzer also gets groomed there once a month. She loves it as well. Never have they been mistreated in any shape, fashion or form. They both look and smell wonderful. The staff at Brier Creek welcomes my animals as if it were their home. I have had nothing but kindness from everyone. more

We have had the good fortune of having 2 great dogs, and we have had both of them go to Brier Creek Pet Hotel. We have so much love for the staff who take great care of our pet's needs and we can tell how much they love them! The staff is always friendly and careful, the place clean and our pets are always happy to be here. We refer many friends and family and will continue to do so! more

my dog has a great time going to the brier creek pet hotel. she loves it and is always excited to go. i always put her in and get a groom before she comes home. this time they did trim her one nail to short (which is fine if they told me) i got home and she bled all over my carpets. when i called to just inform them that her nail was trimmed to short, the guy on the phone got defensive and said ""funny how it didnt bleed on our floor"" in a way that made me feel like he was thinking i made the whole thing up. then went on to blame the whole situation on myself claming her nails were to long which resulted in the bleeding and told me that i need to trim her nails more often even though her nails are trimmed regularly. i did not appreciate how i was put to blame, but other than that they are a great place to keep your dog for a long weekend! a great boarding experience for my 2 dogs & 1 cat. we had our puppy groomed here and she looked fabulous! now we are getting ready for thanksgiving boarding. i couldn't find this website listed here, but found briercreekpethotel.net more

We kenneled our dog Clover at Reedy Creek Kennels during our last trip to Florida, and overall the experience was very satisfactory.\r \r The facilities themselves were very clean and all of the personnel seemed very interested and kind towards the animals. Overall I was very happy! more

One of the best kennels around. Caring and friendly staff who take time to know your pet and you. The prices are cheaper than most other places and the size of runs and play areas are larger. more
