Best

I have been here at this farm for almost 2 1/2 years the horses are in good condition and the owners care and love them. There is nothing bad happening here. I have taken lessons ...

Worst

We had the most awful experience here! Rude people who do not know what they are doing around horses, horses in very bad shape with poorly fitting tack, found out the trails do no...

Me and my friends visited Bridle Hill farm a couple of weeks ago during our holiday in New York.\r On the phone we were promised a trail ride of an hour which in reality included saddling up and down. So there wasn't much time left for the actual trail. \r \r The scenery at Bridle Hill Farm is very beautifull and could make for a wonderful trail, but we didn't get to see any of it. \r In Fact the only thing you get to see on the trail is a field which you walk around and nothing more.\r \r We mentioned on the phone that we had some experience in horseback riding. \r They should have told us that the trail experience was the same for novice or experienced riders, which they didn't.\r The trail is only worth it for childeren and people with zero experience.\r \r The horses themselves are terribly overweight and out of shape. After 100m of trotting it seemed to want to drop dead.\r \r It was truely a disppointment from the beginning to the end. And we lost valuable time during our annual holiday, something that is unforgivable. more

Had a date with me. Had a great time. Trail guide was a young woman. She made us real very comfortable more

Great time!!!!! Our kids did not want to leave. 6/8/2011

We came for trail and pony rides with a good size group. It was fun and educational for the children. Bridle hills help spent a lot of time working with each child, grooming the horses and a lesson. They really went beyond our expectations. more

Great place!! Come see for yourself. 2/12/2011

We visit Bridle Hill Farm weekly. Our young children take lessons, and have done camp in the summer. We have also done a few trails when we had guests with us. Our family has enjoyed all our horse related experiences. Our children also take lessons during the week down by the city and the instructor has complemented how much they have progressed since they started riding at Bridle Hill Farm. We suggest anyone who is interested, do not believe us or any review. Find out for yourself. more

I ride at Bridle Hill Farm and I love it. 2/6/2011

I ride at Bridle Hill Farm and I love it. They have such beautiful facilities, including the huge indoor arena I often find myself in. They have horses for all levels of people, horses that you could put a small child on to horses that are fun for the most advanced riders. Outside is a very nice jump course and the way to the trail, a trail that is fun and safe. The great thing about this barn is the people who own it. Mrs.Young is an instructor and she tries her hardest to make sure that everyone leaves happy and with more knowledge that they came in with. This barn is also understanding of guests/riders being late for a ride time, they are willing to work with people and wait for their arrival or help with directions. The horses are always well taken care of, right now every horse there has a nice warm blanket on for winter. Whenever a horse is showing the slightest inkling that it could be sick or injured the staff take care of it, right away. I would definitely recommend this wonderful equestrian center to anyone wishing to ride, board their horse, have a fun day, or just learn about horses! more

Bridle Hill Farm does a fantastic job. I researched the area a few years back. I am very happy with all the services Bridle Hill Farm has provided us. Horses are all in great shape and Elinor's lessons are very pleasant. I suggest anyone who is interested come out for yourself and see what I am talking about. more
