Mercedes Experts 10/5/2011

I have been using these guys for years. They have taken care of my normal maintenance and repairs with no problems. There prices have been fair and always within the estimate. The one time I had a major problem (don't leave your sunroof open when it is going to rain) there were able to diagnose the problem easily. With the factory scan tool they had back on the road in a short period of time. Too bad they can't set Mercedes to price their parts a little cheaper. I would recommend them to anyone that wants their car fixed correctly the first time. They are easy to deal with and have a loaner if I need it. more

Serious Car Mechanics! 5/17/2011

These guys are serious mechanics. The owner is super, even went to MIT and has been working on cars since he was 12 years old. They are expert foreign auto technicians. They are the only ones I let service my 1998 Jaguar. If you need a good, honest mechanic, give them a try. You wont be sorry. more

Fast and Fair. Highly Recommend. 5/17/2011

After getting a quote from Herb Chambers Mercedes in Norwood for over $1400 to fix my car, I decided to get a second opinion. I went to Bridgewater Motor Works and am really glad I did. They diagnosed the problem and it turns out I didn't need everything the dealer said I did. They fixed my car for a lot less money and fast. Would recommend highly. more

Don't Go Here You Will Regret It 8/6/2010

Very expensive. I took my 2002 Audi in for an overheating problem. They charged me $463.00 for a diagnosis. After that I had my doubts about them. Two mechanics i know personelly stated after reading their itemized bill, that I was charged approximately twice as much as i should have. I then brought it to another mechanic shop 4 towns over. I have no previous aquentance with these people or this shop. I gave them the same list of problems. They gave me the same diagnosis for $201.10. I never told this shop what the other shop charged. I will see them next in court. First small claims, if and when i win i will persue fraud and criminal charges with the states attorneys office and my lawyer. Be very careful with this. I tried to let Mike Holmes the chance to redeem themselves. I stated everything in this review and he told me he thought nothing was wrong with the bill. more
