The staff started out with the sale very friendly, offering help in picking out my wedding dress. But once the dress was paid for, the customer service ended. The person in charge of alterations doesn't speak English. Although another employee translated, there was a terrible disconnect in the communication. I had to ask and return for 3 additional fittings for multiple repairs that had been asked for on the dress since it was picked out 3 months earlier. Each time, I was promised a phone call within 2-3 days to notify me of my dress being ready. Phone calls were not made as promised and when I phoned the company and left messages, the calls were not returned. I had to go into the store to get answers, and each time, my dress had not been touched since the last time it was looked at. Their reason was they were busy and it was over the holidays. My dress was also never pressed despite having to ask twice, after each of the last two fittings. I ended up taking my wrinkled dress, irritated and frustrated that I couldn't get them to fix my dress to make it look presentable for my wedding.
