The sales gal we worked with was super nice and attentive. There was this one dress that they didn't have my size in stock, but she went out of her way to order it and get it to me days later for a fitting. I will never forget that experience and the customer service I received. more

The staff was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. Within 10 minutes my dream gown was handed to me! All of this great service and the dress was even UNDER BUDGET! Definitely recommend this shop to anyone in the area. more

I have been here twice for dresses on 2 weddings, one was mine. They have been very accommodating and do what they can to help you with special requests and such. It was always easy to get just what I wanted or needed in a great time frame! more

I was looking at their site and a few other for weeks before making a final decision. When I called into the shop like it recommends for sizing info and other specifics. They were very helpful and I was helped with everything and ready to order. The dress arrived quickly and perfectly. It even fits well! more

I am so happy with the dress I ordered! I originally wanted something with an open. stylish back, but all of those style of dresses did not look good on me in the front, so the salesperson pulled dresses that looked fabulous on my body type. I really appreciated the fact that she allowed me to try on what I wanted to, but then suggested other dresses to see what I thought. I ended up ordering a dress I would have never thought I would have purchased, but it looks great on me. Thanks for all of your help! more

My sister and I were both shopping for wedding dresses, our weddings are 2 months apart. We were helped by Merrell and she was great. Can you imagine helping two sisters shopping for a wedding dress at the same time! Everyone that helped us treated us as if they had known us for years. Thank you! more

Dress for mom 12/7/2011

Taking my mom's measurement and using the sizing guide was all it took to order her dress and the size was perfect. We did not need to have the dress altered in anyway. Oh did I mention how beautiful it was? more

Best decision! 11/16/2011

I know it may may be hard to believe but I am so happy that I was able to order the dresses for my wedding party online! I went shopping with a couple of my bridesmaids and it was a mistake (because they liked completely different style dresses). I finally took matters into my own hands, and just ordered the dresses through the bridalshop without even consulting with my bridesmaids ( I had the measurements from previous fittings). It was one of the best choices I made because it was, and they ended up being very happy with what I chose. more

I stopped in hear on a Saturday around noon and they were a little busy. I was still able to try on some dresses and with the help of Merrell and he even suggested a few. One of which ended up being the one I chose. I was very happy with the dress and the shop. They seemed very nice and I have heard good things from my bridal party as well. more

I did not receive my dress in the time when I was told it would arrive. The shop was very apologetic and said they would do everything in their power to get it shipped as soon as possible, I believe they did. Even though the dress did not arrive when it was supposed to I received it the next week. I am still happy I ordered my dress from the Bridal Shop. more

I love the online selection and that you can see most of the stuff in person on the store. When I came here with a friend I was astounded by the selection. anything you cant find can be there in days, just ask. more

Found my Mother of the Bride Dress 8/4/2011

I found my Mom a dress here to wear to my wedding. She does not dress up very often and so I knew it was going to be hard to find a dress that she would feel comfortable wearing. We decided to go to The Bridalshop to take a look and we are both glad we did. They were patient while she tried on many different dresses, and we ended up finding the perfect one. I am very happy with this boutique. more

Great Shopping Here! 7/27/2011

I had a great time shopping at this place. My mother and girlfriend came with me (and I was nervous that the staff would not be too excited about this) however they were kind to not only me but the guests I brought along to my appointment. I did not do any pre-shopping online or in magazines so I kind of went into the store blind in not knowing what I really wanted, but they were kind enough to show me different options. I may just be going back to buy my dress from the Bridalshop! more

For some reason my wife delegated me a few responsibilities that involved contact with The Bridal Shop. I have no clue about half of this stuff but they were nice and understanding. I think my wife was pleased with the dress as well. more
