Great Experience!! 1/24/2008

Everyone was so nice and helpful. I had one person help me and I was her only client, she didnt have ten other people to tend to like some of these other bridal stores. The customer service is awesome! I went to another bridal store before I came here and I had an awful experience, but Bridals By Susanti made my wedding dress choosing a fun a great time. more

Great Store! 10/24/2007

I grew up in this town and drove past the shop countless times over the past 27 years -- never realized how wonderful the shop was! It was the first store I went to and the staff was wonderful. I later went to a David's Bridal. David's was fine and had a large selection but it felt very open and commercial. I came back to Susanti's and picked my dress out on the 2nd visit. \r \r Susanti's makes a more personal connection with you. I cannot commend the staff any more! The selection is not compromised even if the shop is not as large as the big national stores. If you want to be treated like an individual, please go there! Give respect to get respect and you are SURE to find your perfect dress here! more

Great bridal store! 10/6/2007

I have been to several Bridal stores in San Diego, but I found this one to be one of the best! They offer a huge selection of wedding dresses, bridesmaid, and flower girl dresses. Everything is decently priced and the employees were wonderful! I had someone help me for 2 hours and she was amazing! She was incredibly knowledgeable about everything and couldn't be nicer! I definitely recommend it! more

Everything in one place 11/17/2005

Nice store with nice dresses. My friend was looking for a wedding dress and tried on many many dresses. The staff were very friendly, patient, and understanding. The dresses were very fashionable and trendy. The prices are reasonable and there's a wide selection. You'll find everything you need not only for the bride but the bridesmaids and flowergirls also. more

Very friendly staff. I tried on many gowns and found quite a few favorites! Latest styles and trends, and decent prices. Everything you need in one store. more
